availability of the Minicom Personal Internet Communicator (PIC), a
complete Internet access solution that includes system, keyboard,
mouse, monitor, pre-installed software, Internet connectivity, full
service, financing, and support. The Minicom PIC is an innovative
consumer device designed to provide users easy and affordable access
to the vast amounts of educational, entertainment and communication

According to the State Statistical Board, Internet penetration in
Turkey is low -- approximately nine percent. DOL, the country's
largest Internet access provider, is committed to extending Internet
